Moldova remains vulnerable to information manipulation and foreign interference

The Republic of Moldova continues to face vulnerabilities to information manipulation and external interference, despite notable legislative and institutional progress in recent years. This is the main conclusion of the analytical report “Mapping the Premises and Incentives for Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI) in the Electoral Context of the Republic of Moldova,” developed by the Association for Participatory Democracy (ADEPT) in partnership with International IDEA.

School of Young Political Leaders: the beginning of a new edition

The School of Young Political Leaders, one of the longest-running and most influential educational programs of the Association for Participatory Democracy ADEPT, has officially launched its new edition. Over its previous 15 editions, the program has trained more than 800 alumni — members of parliament, mayors, experts, NGO leaders and public servants — demonstrating its real impact on shaping new generations of leaders in the Republic of Moldova.

Regional Trainings for Territorial Office Representatives on Voluntary Amalgamation and Intercommunity Cooperation

The ADEPT Association organized two regional training sessions for representatives of the State Chancellery’s territorial offices from the South, Center, and North regions—held on December 4 in Chișinău and on December 8 in Bălți. The events focused on strengthening the capacities of officials involved in administrative-territorial reorganization processes, particularly in the areas of voluntary amalgamation and intercommunity development.
