ADEPT is launching two projects with the aim of supporting the advancement of reform in public administration and improving the skills of local elected officials.

Between December 1, 2023 and December 31, 2025, ADEPT will carry out two projects of particular importance, contributing to the advancement of local public administration reform and improving the skills of local elected officials.

The first project has as its main objective the support of the public administration reform by facilitating a constructive dialogue between the key actors involved in this process. The project's activities will focus on the local public authorities involved in the process of voluntary amalgamation, with the aim of both increasing the involvement of citizens in these reform processes, as well as improving the capacities of local public administration on the path of integration into the European Union.
The second project, called the School of Local Electors, already successfully implemented in the period 2020-2022, aims to develop the skills and abilities of local elected officials (local councilors and mayors), facilitating the effective exercise of their mandates for the benefit of citizens and transforming them into agents of cohesion in their communities.
In carrying out these two projects, ADEPT will collaborate closely both with central and local public authorities, as well as with experts and specialized organizations, media institutions and other relevant partners.
We mention that these projects benefit from the financial support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Moldova.
